राजेश मिश्रा, आगरा: आगरा के प्रतिष्ठित शांतिवेद इंस्टीटयूट आफ मेडिकल साइंस की 260 करोड़ में बिक्री ने स्थानीय चिकित्सा जगत को हतप्रभ कर दिया है। ये अस्पताल ग्रेटर नोएडा के यथार्थ ग्रुप ने खरीदा है और dadoze.com पर इसका खुलासा किया गया। सबका एक ही सवाल था कि आखिर, ये अस्पताल क्यों बेचना पड़ा? तो इस स्थिति के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जिम्मेदार बताया जा रहा है सिस्टम।
dadoze.com ने शनिवार रात को अपने लेख में खुलासा किया था कि आगरा के प्रतिष्ठित शांतिवेद इंस्टीट्यूट आफ मेडिकल साइंस को ग्रेटर नोएडा के यथार्थ ग्रुप ने 260 करोड़ रुपये में खरीद लिया है। सरकारी विभागों के उसूल और दस्तूर इतने और ऐसे-ऐसे हैं कि अस्पताल संचालन बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है। अस्पताल संचालन से जुड़े जानकार बताते हैं कि पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया के लिए तमाम विभागों से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र लेना होता है। इसके बगैर स्वास्थ्य विभाग पंजीकरण आवेदन ही स्वीकार नहीं करता। इन विभागों में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड, विद्युत सुरक्षा और अग्निशमन विभाग प्रमुख बताए जा रहे हैं। प्रस्तावित अस्पताल के ढांचागत आधार पर मानकों का अनुपालन बहुत ही जटिल होता है। इसी झंझट से बचने के लिए विभागों द्वारा सुविधाशुल्क वसूली जाती है। पंजीकरण के बाद भी महीनेदारी का चलन है। इसके अलावा भी अस्पताल प्रबंधन के कई पहलू ऐसे हैं कि एक चिकित्सकीय पेशेवर के लिए ये संभव नहीं है। शांति वेद अस्पताल को बेचने की जरूरत क्यों पड़ी, इसको लेकर अस्पताल के निदेशक/ सर्जन का एक लिखित व्याख्यान सोशल मीडिया में प्रसारित हो रहा है। dadoze.com हालांकि, इस व्याख्यान की पुष्टि नहीं करता। लेकिन, इस व्याख्यान के शब्दार्थ और भावार्थ पर जाएं तो पता चलता कि सरकारी सिस्टम ने अस्पताल संचालन से हाथ खींचने को मजबूर किया है। इसमें कहा गया है कि दिन-प्रतिदिन के प्रबंधन, वित्तीय मंजूरी, लाइसेंसिंग मुद्दों, ऑपरेशनल फायरफाइटिंग, बिलिंग विवाद और प्रशासनिक तनाव का बोझ मेरे मानसिक, भावनात्मक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य को प्रभावित करने लगा था। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि शांति वेद एक विश्व स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सेवा संस्थान के रूप में बढ़ती रहे, अब यथार्थ ग्रुप ऑफ हॉस्पिटल्स के साथ हाथ मिलाया है। व्याख्यान में निदेशक/ सर्जन ने ये भी स्पष्ट किया है कि वो निदेशक और शल्य चिकित्सक के रूप में अपनी भूमिका में जारी रखेंगे। गैर-क्लिनिकल पहलू अब यथार्थ की एक समर्पित पेशेवर टीम द्वारा प्रबंधित की जाएगी।

Over the past 4–5 years, it has been my privilege to serve as both a surgeon and the owner of Shanti Ved Institute of Medical Sciences. During this time, I have worked tirelessly towards professional excellence, caring for every patient who has come through our doors, while also managing the wide spectrum of responsibilities that come with running a hospital.
However, in recent times, the burden of day-to-day management, financial clearances, licensing issues, operational firefighting, billing disputes, and administrative stress began to affect my mental, emotional, and physical health. These pressures were diverting me from my true calling: my duty as a surgeon and caregiver.
To ensure that Shanti Ved continues to grow as a world-class healthcare institution, we have now joined hands with Yatharth Group of Hospitals—a reputed, expansive, and professionally managed healthcare organization known for its excellence and integrity. This partnership will bring:

I will no longer be involved in micromanaging non-clinical aspects like electricity, cleaning, firefighting with patient billing disputes, or day-to-day logistics. These will now be managed by a dedicated professional team from Yatharth.
This change will allow me to give my best as a doctor first and foremost, and ensure that Shanti Ved grows with even greater strength, transparency, and efficiency.
I firmly believe this is not the end of a chapter but the beginning of a stronger journey. Together with the Yatharth Group, we are committed to scaling new heights in healthcare—including robotic surgery, oncology, kidney transplants, and 500-bedded expansion plans—and making our hospital a beacon of medical excellence in Uttar Pradesh.
